Returns for credit or exchange are allowable up to 30 days after date of shipment for in stock items, and only with a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. A 25% restocking fee is applied to anything that is returned that we carry in stock.

Special order products there are no returns permitted.

Products must be in new, resalable condition and returned at the customer's expense freight prepaid. All claims for shipping damage must be placed with the carrier. 

For all products being sent to Dynotech Tuning, Inc. for credit, exchange, warranty, or service, you will need to email us at sales@dynotechtuning.com to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. 

If you send in a part for service/repair, please note that after we have contacted you with an estimate on the repair, you will have 30 days to make arrangements for the repair or return shipping on the product. If payment is not completed in full for either the repair or the return shipping, the product will become property of Dynotech Tuning, Inc.
